No student is allowed to test without this tape. This tape is to encourage our students that good behavior does not only apply at our school in front of their masters but that the Tae Kwon Do philosophy applies everywhere and most importantly at home and with their parents. Students are to follow two weekly rules at home, one given by White Tiger and the other rule made by the student and their parents. Every week they must follow these rules, and when testing time comes, parents have the final say in whether they have earned the purple tape.
